1) Tell us who you are

Answer a few questions so we can get to know you.

2) Meet your coach

We’ll assign you to a coach to guide you through every step. We can talk over the phone or organise a tour here at MVMT42. 

3) Set your goals in 'Elements' 

If you don't have a goal already, the coaches will help figure that out. People with goals succeed, because every day they know where they are heading. With nearly all our new clients we run an Elements course to figure out where we are starting from. This is crucial in mapping a plan, you can read up on our 'Elements Program'. 

4) Take your first step

You may be working privately with a coach or in most cases, small group classes. Whichever you choose, your coach will be there to guide you, in every workout, every time. 

5) Keep Track

Success doesn't come quickly, it comes with consistency and the correct prescription at the correct time. Keeping track of every workout, helps you stay accountable to yourself and your coach. It also allows us to give you feedback and make sure you are heading towards your goals.
