CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a measurable fitness programme. This means that you can measure your progress across a number of defined, high-intensity movements, adapted from weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more. You will experience a dramatic uptick in fitness, within the camaraderie of our community under the expert guidance from our dedicated coaches.

BARBELL

This is our lifting class…and does exactly what it says, focusing solely on this ancient discipline, teaching members new movements they haven’t encountered before, with specific blocks for different disciplines and expert coaches on-hand to help chart individual development plans and progression. It’s a great way to build strength in different parts of the body and get into a new sport.

SWEAT

Sweat is a high energy fitness program designed to get you stronger and fitter for everyday life. We combine aerobic, strength and stabilisation exercise to fat loss and increase fitness. 

The best part is, it's complimentary for both members and guests. Bring a friend, bring ten, it's suitable for all abilities. 

 

MINI ATHLETES

Mini Athletes is BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids.

 

CYCLING

MVMT42 is a registered British Cycling club, with community rides spread throughout the year. We have our own private entrance to the South Downs national park, making great start and end point for community rides.

FLOW

Enhance muscle recovery and increase range of motion through deep stretching and mobility techniques utilising bands, foam rollers, and lacrosse balls and other tools.
