All of the coaches are well versed in biomechanics, exercise physiology, flexibility, nutrition, exercise science, etc. All of this is combined with a philosophy on how to create the right programme for each clients specific needs. The coaches work together to do what's best for the client, which includes setting clients up with another trainer if they are on vacation or out sick and sharing clients to meet different training needs. They have incredible range in their abilities along with dynamic personalities. You won't be bored!

You'll receive nutritional programming that is entirely bespoke to you and your lifestyle. Whether it be guidance or full planning, we will work with you to create a plan or method of managing your diet which suits you.

If you don't have the ability to train at MVMT42's location, we offer the same service remotely, which gives you quality programming offsite.
This is geared for people who don't have the ability to train at MVMT42, but want quality programming, have a specific set of needs or goals, are comfortable training on their own, and need to be held accountable. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level or someone new to the world of health and fitness, our coaches can help.
With individual programming you are hiring a coach to work with you to achieve a specific goal. They will consult on a monthly basis and give feedback throughout the week. Typically clients are more experienced in the gym and have a specific goal in mind.
