- As stated in your MVMT42 membership agreement, you have the option to put your monthly membership on hold for 50% of your monthly fee
- Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than two 5 business days before your next scheduled payment date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled payment. All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership hold requests are limited to three times per calendar year in 1 month increments for up to three months.
- Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. Why is a holding fee charged?
As a coached only facility there are a few costs that are still incurred during your hold period. Data tracking apps, booking systems, your insurance and of course your coach. Just because you pause with us here at MVMT42, doesn't mean our coaches stop coaching.
Holding fees simply cover the variable costs incurred while your account is active, we are fully flexible and do not requre a reason to pause.
