We created this program to give you the muscle and mobility of a pro athlete. We begin with joint mobilisation drills that free up your entire body, resulting in cleaner movement and more access to your muscles. 

Learn how to take care of your body and prepare it for the stress placed on it during workouts and your normal day. Mobility class will teach you how to use certain tools like the foam roller, lacrosse ball, strength band, voodoo band, etc. to improve the movement of your body. The aim is to increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better.

The mobility class is designed to help you discover new areas to mobilise, to make sure you’re doing it correctly, help answer any questions you have along the way and educate you on facts about your body.
