WEIGHTLIFTING COACH, CROSSFIT COACH AND PERSONAL PROGRAMMER
CROSSFIT LVL 1, BWL LVL 1
I took CrossFit up in 2010, following main site programming with friends. At university, I continued CrossFit alongside playing Rugby League. It wasn’t until I joined MVMT42 however, that I really realised my potential as an athlete, and now as a Coach. Having added 20kg to my back squat, 25kg to my clean and jerk and learning a multitude of gymnastics movements including strict muscle ups, I am proof of the excellent coaching and programming on offer at MVMT42.
I joined the coaching team in 2015 and haven’t looked back. I’m always keen to further my knowledge, and manage the class programming, individualised programming and 1-1 sessions with athletes, looking to improve their Olympic lifting and CrossFit performance.
Individual coaching and programming are where my passion lies, everybody has unique strengths and weaknesses physically, and thus to achieve the best results an individualised programme that tackles these is a must. My programming focuses on quality of movement, with clear movement progressions as an athlete advances. I can apply this to many sports, not just CrossFit.
