With an outside space the size of a football field, we have great facilities here at MVMT42 to offer you a footwork class. 

In the hour class we will cover running mechanics and drills as a warm up. Then build foot work drills into the program to develop agility, co-ordination and balance. To finish the session we typically cover a conditioning piece. Again, geared on footwork.

The multi-directional sprints (e.g., backpedaling, running forward, diagonally and laterally) are excellent drills for sports where you must instantly change direction to get to a ball or chase an opponent.

The class is always coached outside, no matter the weather.

Equipment you will need:

  • Water bottle
  • Running shoes 
  • Towel 
  • Spare clothes 
  • Fotball / rugby boots (optional) for soft ground. 

Classes are typically taught on a Monday. They are player/coached by Nathan.
