CrossFit Open Prep

Heya Athletes,

Just a quick note, this Saturday I’m going to be running a retest to a couple of CrossFit Open workouts.

The session will begin at 12:00 and be running until 2:30. We will run in 2 heats and judge each other, going over some strategy and tracking any improvements. Note that we will not run the scaled versions, just the RX otherwise there are too many variables in data and there can’t be any scaling in the workouts as this is competition testing. Each athlete has to complete the prescription to keep things fair.
