We are excited to announce a new addition to the class program.
Sweat is a high energy fitness program designed to get you stronger and fitter for everyday life. We combine aerobic, strength and stabilisation exercise to fat loss and increase fitness.
The best part is, it's complimentary for both members and guests. Bring a friend, bring ten, it's suitable for all abilities. Dwayne is an experienced coach and will head up the program for the next 6 weeks.
