Workout 2

Workout 2 is a complex. 

6min to establish a max lift for the male and female. The scores are added together:


RX: 2 Hang Clean + 2 S2OH 

Scaled: 2 Hang Power Clean + 2 S2OH

Workout 3

Over a 2 minute window, you will complete the required work on the assault bike. Then in the time left complete max reps of the lift in your division.

The rep requirement is: 

RX: Male - snatch or power snatch // Female - clean or power clean

Scaled: Male - clean or power clean // Female - Deadlift

The movements and the work on a bike can be complete by either athlete. The bike cals are not scored.

RX:

Max pull-ups. 
Every time you break 8 sync burpees over a bar. 

Scaled:

Max hang on a bar in tuck. 
Every time you break 8 sync burpees over a bar.
