Murph Monday

It's that time of year again, Murph Monday. 

Once a year across the world, the entire CrossFit community embark on on of the hardest named workouts in our registry, Murph. This workout as named after Lt. Murphy. He was an avid adherent of CrossFit, and after his death in 2005 one of his favourite workouts was named after him.

The workout, which he referred to as ‘Body Armour,’ is now called ‘Murph.’ While wearing a 20 lbs weighted vest (substitute for body armour), it is a one-mile run followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats, followed by another mile; done for time.

On Bank Holiday Monday, the 28th of May classes will be condensed into 4 x 1 hour of CrossFit and 1 hour of Weightlifting. 

The 4 classes will not have a cap on registration, you can simply turn up. 

Last year we teamed up to complete Murph, this year it's exactly the same. If you normally scale a workout then we will find a way to scale this too. 

Opening Hours: 10 am - 8 pm for Bank Holiday.

Class Times: 10am, 1pm, 5pm, 6pm. Between classes open gym remains.
