Will is one of our remote athletes, we provide him will a detailed training plan each week to match his work/life balance and training goals.
Will is building up for the CrossFit Open, his strength as gymnastics and bodyweight conditioning, his weaknesses before working with Coach Nathan were strength, strength speed and pacing in long range workouts - chippers especially.
