12 Easy Holiday Workouts

Summer is here! And that means everyone is off on holiday to soak up some sun, get out of routine and relax.

However, just because we are on a holiday doesn’t mean you should let all your hard work go to waste. 

Here are 12 easy workouts that will take no longer than 30-60mins with a quick warm up. If there is no hotel gym around no problem. All you need is your body weight and a skipping rope that you packed, right? Or if you do have a hotel gym, great. Use it! 

 

 

Hotel Gym

 

1:  using 2x Dumbbells or Kettle bells 

5 Rounds 

20 DB Push press 

20 Front Squats 

20 Deadlifts 

20 Thrusters 

 

2:  20 min AMRAP 

20 DB Lunges 

15 Press ups on DBs 

10 DB snatch 

 

 

3:  18 min EMOM 

Min 1: DB Thrusters x 12 

Min 2: Burpee x 12 

Min 3: 40 Double unders 

 

 

4:  For time:
