A 30day immersion course on the MVMT42 campus for new athletes looking to start high-intensity training, this program focuses on all the basics to build a solid foundation before jumping into class or 1-1 with a coach. 

We cover nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, goal setting and then coach you on the gym floor based on your abilities and aspirations.


We’ll discuss your goals, what you have done before and how we can realistically make specific changes that are achievable, realistic and suited to your lifestyle. If your goals cover diet and nutrition, we can arrange a further consultation with one of our nutrition coaches. This is your chance to ask a professional coach any questions relating to nutrition, fitness and lifestyle.

All our members are athletes, because they have 2 things in common. They have clear, defined and attainable goals and they have a coach. We turn goals like 'I want to loose weight' into measurable progressions like 'reduce my body-fat by 5% before November 30th'. This sets you up to achieve. 

At the end of the consultation, if both the coach and you agree that MVMT42 is the correct journey to help you in your goals as an athlete, we move on. The consultation is always free of charge and with a senior coach. 


Analysis Profile

  • We’ll asses how your body moves through our physical assessment, assess your flexibility levels and watch how you walk, stand and bend.

  • We’ll discuss injuries and see how your lifestyle may restrict your body’s movements.

  • If you have any ‘niggles’, tight muscles or are recovering from an injury, we can arrange a further consultation with one of our in-house osteopaths or sports therapists.

In-body Scan

  • We’ll measure your body’s biometrics such as fat percentage, muscle mass, fitness age, metabolic rate, hydration levels and bone mineral content.

  • We will use these stats as a starting point and measure your progress on a weekly basis to help you keep on track with your fitness journey.

  • We'll measure your calorie requirement and give recomendations based on your goal


We recognise that everyone athlete is individual and requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.

At MVMT42 you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique dynamic with your coach and allowing you to focus on one thing - your results. We'll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you.

Coaching at MVMT42 integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. 

  • These will personally be designed for you; for your body, for your goals and a structured plan will be put in place to help you learn the best techniques and movements for your body.

  • We introduce you to our software that monitors and tracks your performance and measurements to ensure you are moving in the right direction. 

  • We give homework in stretching or rehab where needed. 

  • We strength and fitness test you based upon your goals. 


In the first 30 days we look for clients to complete 6-8 group classes, under the guidance of a coach. We will help you record all your workouts and make sure the workouts are suitable and working towards your goal. In our group setting you will feel welcomed within our community of like minded athletes - all with a goal and a coach. 

These sessions last an hour and we coach up to 8 a day, so there is plenty of choice. 


You've done it, 30 days immersed in our philosophy, with our coaches and within our community. You are an athlete, you have goal and plan to get there under the coaches eye. 

We rescan athletes at this stage to see what difference 30days training has made, and award them with our MVMT42 T-Shirt. It's now a case of turning up to the facility and letting the coaches lead you towards a sustainable, measurable fitness goal. It's fun, its unique and it builds great results, time and time again.
